Mr. Brown offers a comprehensive range of knee surgery services, catering to the diverse needs of his patients. He is committed to a patient-centred approach to care, prioritising shared decision-making on surgical treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Education and Experience

Mr. Brown undertook his surgical training in the West of Scotland and began his practice as a Consultant Orthopaedic Knee Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. His international training includes fellowships in Perth, Western Australia and Melbourne, Australia focusing on advanced knee surgery techniques.

At Elanic, Mr. Brown specialises in various treatments, including ligament reconstruction following knee injury, arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery of the knee, limb realignment, partial and total knee replacement surgery.

Publications and Teaching

  • Mr. Brown contributes regularly to academic research. He has published numerous papers in peer reviewed orthopaedic journals.
  • He has co-authored a textbook chapter on knee surgery in McRae’s Elective Orthopaedics textbook.
