Medical Director
Vivek is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and the Medical Director of the Elanic Group. He is a specialist in breast surgery, body contouring, liposuction, facial surgery, and laser surgery, and possesses a wealth of experience in these specific areas.
Managing Director
Kristian is our Managing Director and is responsible for the overall running of the Elanic group. Kristian has held previous roles in large scale and high end hospitality businesses along with previous experience in Private Healthcare settings in both London & Sheffield.
Director of Clinical Services
Ashleigh is Elanic’s Clinic Manager in Glasgow and is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the clinic. She is your point of contact for questions regarding the clinic and any concerns you have. In addition to being a CQC-accredited clinic manager, Ashleigh is also a nurse and our lead patient coordinator.
Director of Strategy & Operational Excellence
Michael is a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Graduate from Henley Business School. He has 20 years experience in applying Operational Excellence (Process Improvement, Lean Management, Change Management) methodologies in various sectors and functions. Michael has spent the last 12 years in private healthcare, having held several senior roles in BMI/Circle, both at a corporate level and operationally within their hospitals across the UK.
